by commissioning me you are hereby agreeing to the following terms

full or half price must be paid before starting the commission.
payments must be made through an invoice in USD and on Paypal ONLY.
i will not make any refunds.
commissions are ONLY for personal use (YouTube, Discord, Twitch).
if ordering emotes you will get emotes in the following sizes: 112px, 56px and 28px.
you can not use my commissions for the purpose of resales or merchandise.
there is however an option where you can pay to have the complete rights of a commission/design for +150% per piece or eventual discussion of sale percentages. Subject to change.
i remain the rights to use the commissions for self-promotional and portfolio uses.
there is NO shipping of any goods, the service you are paying for is purely digital.
